I was super impressed with the amount of time the technician spent doing a great job cleaning our carpets. He offered extra services which I turned down but he wasn't too pushy about it. Great job doing a very thorough cleaning. thx

We were very disappointed and inconvenienced when the service man didn't show up when he was supposed to and had to reschedule for the following day. We had placed all of our small items, chairs, tables, etc. on our beds, in our bathtubs and in our kitchen. We had to move these item so we could sleep, bathe and eat..... pick them back up again.

Charles was great. He helped me decide which service fit the best to clean the carpet and had to work hard but It looks fantastic. There were stains which I believed would never come up. I had no idea what is deep down in a carpet and was amazed at your equipment. I am very pleased, I did not realize my carpet could feel so nice again. Thank you.

Quick friendly inexpensive and clean
I have used Zerorez twice before and completely satisfied. This visit was completely the opposite. After the tech packed up his supplies I found: he hadn’t cleaned almost a quarter of a room and he forgot to do the tile. Both I pointed out and he did fix it but don’t think it should have been missed. Told the tech that needed to move furniture back onto floor and he didn’t offer a solution for protecting the wood furniture. Had to pry to figure he might have foam blocks in truck that we could use. Carpet was left soaked and tile had water puddles left after cleaning.
Nothing really disappointed me, it ended up being hard with the man cleaning carpets during dinner, and I wasn't expecting the tubes running through the house, I'd just had a housecleaner in the day before, he was friendly and courteous enough, I thought I might see how much was removed from the carpets so I could see the difference after but there was nothing like that, but the experience was fine.
