How quickly carpet dried with no squishy feel or stiffness.
Don't know, haven't had time to see full results of cleaning. there was one spot I had to clean after you left.
The service man was very helpful and friendly. He worked hard to do a good job. Also the process doesn't leave a funky smell or crunchie carpet.
It doesn't use chemicals to clean the carpet.
We have used Zerorez several times for carpet and tile. Always very satisfied with the results. Last week due to some miscommunication on my part there was an issue over the delivery date for an area rug. Mr. Rondy Bolden made several calls and went out of his way to make sure my rug was delivered in time for an event. Thank you so much and the rug looked great!

I like the use of pet friendly liquids. The cleaner was friendly and very efficient. He asked if we had any questions several times. It looks great! The only thing I disliked was that it took quite a bit longer than the 6-8 hours to dry.

Service was excellent, the technician was very informative and went out of his way to take pics and videos for us of our vents in the attic that he was servicing.

The technician, Ricardo, was wonderful. He was just very efficient in what he did and had a great attitude!
I was not as pleased with customer service. When I scheduled the appointment I requested a morning appointment. They were supposed to call back two days before to schedule the two hour window. I did not receive a call until the day before. At that point I was told that my window was from 2-4. That did not work with needing to pick up my child, but I was told it was all that was available. I changed around my day and pick my child up early. Then I did not hear anything until nearly 4 when I got a call saying the technician was running behind and would be at least 30 minutes late. He then arrived around 5. In that case I could have left scheduling my day as it would have normally been. The lady that I talked to each time was not friendly and not at all accommodating or apologetic. If it were not for Ricardo doing a great job and being friendly I would have given this 3 stars.
Also, the email that I received said we would get 3 rooms, 100 sq ft of tile and an $50 steakhouse giftcrad for $99. I mentioned all of that when I made the appointment. We got the 3 rooms and tile, but there was no mention of the gift card. How is that received?
The service was great,which is more than I can say about others I’ve tried. The technician Devon(I hope I’m spelling that correctly)was freindly and courteous. Most important, the stains were removed and my carpet looks brand new,smells cleans and feels good on my bare feet! Defiantly will recommend to family and friends!!
