Once I had a chance to take a closer look at the carpet, I could still see some spots. They easily came up with a small shot of carpet cleaner and water, so I know it wasn't some sort of tough stain. I feel like I shouldn't have to do that when I paid $400 to have the carpet cleaned.

Actual service was great but my appt window was 4-6. By 6pm no one had called. I called and was told it would be closer to a 7pm arrival.
Not acceptable but contact/communication about delay would have been nice. Doing business at 8pm is not optimal or desirable but I hsd no Available days to reschedule
I was not completely satisfied after my first appointment. They came back out and the carpet looks amazing. The Technician and customer service staff were outstanding.

Zerorez makes our 21 year old carpet come back to life. You're in and out quickly and it's like new! This was the first time we used the tile sanitizing service and, just like with carpet...spotless, shiny and new! Zerorez gives our house the flooring makeover it needs saving us the expense of replacement. And your service technicians are the friendliest, nicest most knowledgeable people in the industry.
We have used Zerorez before, a few years ago. All went well. The carpet was dry in 4 or 5 hrs.
This last cleaning, the carpet remained wet / damp, for almost 24 hrs., even with the AC on cool and the ceiling fans on high. I don't feel the technician spent enough time on the extraction process.
