No chemicals
While dispatch was a bit of trouble to deal with, our tech (Desmond) was awesome. Carpets looked and felt like new after he was finished.

Professional. Did a great job. Some of the high traffic areas did not come as clean as I anticipated, so I was a bit disappointed in that. I understand not using chemicals, but it does seem like some extra "soap" or similar pre-treatment and scrub may have done a better job.

Carpet still have stains. Very poor job. Even more spot created from the technician's foot print. Also, in cleaning free floor, did not clean properly. Some tiles still did not get cleaned.

Tech was very professional and accommodating. No problem with him. He treated the hall from den to master bed room. Unfortunately there was a lingering pet oder still.
Great customer service! Truck arrived on time and cleaning was done as requested. The cleaner worker diligently to remove the stains that we had identified in the carpet.
The rug that was cleaned did not lie flat after the cleaning. I was told once it dried it will lie flat, which didn't happen. I called Zeroez and spoke with a representative. I sent pictures to her e-mail address of the rug and was told she would be in contact. That was last week. Today is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from anyone from Zeroez. I will not and would not recommend this company to anyone.
The products used are environment friendly. I also feel the carpet stays cleaner longer with Zerorez.
