I would had gave a rating of 10 had the company been flexible and been willing to clean the carpet for 1 room in the other side of the duplex without charging over $100 for what would have been a 10-15 minute job and opportunity to make $25-30 more. In my opinion this is not a good business practice to be turning down business.
The service technician (Divan) was very courteous and professional. He seem to be customer focused and wanting to provide a good service. I would give a him a 10.

The texh was suppose to arrive between 4-6 pm and he did not arrive until 6:50 pm.
Very disappointing as i had gotten off work to be home “thinking” they would aarrive closer to 5 pm.

The Zerorez technician was on time, pleasant, and answered all my questions, as this was my first Zerorez experience. I am happy with the results!
We had the best technician we’ve ever had. He walked me through the steps, conscious of keeping my house clean and guarded. The carpets are very clean, and dried in a short period of time.

No chemicals
Devon was great! I liked how he wore the shoe covers the entire time, and wanted to make sure I was pleased with each room before he moved onto the next.
I'm not that happy with the ceramic cleaning. We have a dark color tile. The first go round the tech left prints all over the floor. The 2nd tech went over the floor and after it dried I can see the direction that he mopped over. Not very professional looking.
The tech Ceasar was very knowledgeable and explained how the process worked. Our carpets were past due for a cleaning and he did a very good job. Our carpet is old and this cleaning made it look so much better and allows us to hold off in replacing it for a while. We've used other companies in the past and have not had the success that we received with Zerorez. Thank you so much!!
John was timely and very professional. He knew about the product and how to clean our carpets.

Did a good job. Tile floor is clean!
You should have read how the service person scolded me for not stopping what I was doing, which was on a conference call for my work and talking to him while he cleaned my carpet. When he arrived we talked and I let him know what I wanted and was on a phone call for most of the rest of his visit. On the bill that I received via email, he ripped my a new one!
Not at all a good way of doing business. It's sad because up to now I have had great luck with this company and referred a few people.

My experience with ZeroRez was that the technician was very helpful, friendly and professional while cleaning a carpeted room with pet stains. The results were very good and it removed most of the stains. Thank you ZeroRez and Jimmy for your help!!
I love the power of water and powerful equipment at the core of clean. It is so easy to get an appointment set. It is a great value, in my budget and the results are amazing. Products offered are practical and I feel that it is focused for a healthy home. Informative representative and not pushy. I feel like I can swt some goals for my home with your company.
