Torrance was very polite and explained the services very well.
When I booked the appointment i said i needed my carpet stretched also. This did not happen. the tech that cleaned my carpet was extremely nice. he called office and was told that a tech would be out early the next day (7am). I called 45 after the time i was told that the tech would be at my house only to be told that you don't even open until 8am.
Quick, looks nice and cleaned up some spots. BUT, seemed to take longer to dry than it has when we've used Zerorez in the past. Overall, we were pleased!
Technician was thorough in explaining what treatments were best. They were quick, but meticulous in getting the job done right!!
Great tech. Floors look great. It was a lot more expensive than we thought it would be but look like new!!!!! WORTH it!

We were told over the phone that the carpet would not be very wet. After cleaning, it wasn’t dry until the next day. Please just inform your customers so they can plan a good time to have the carpet cleaned .....when they won’t be home for 8-10 hours afterwards.
Y'all have cleaned our carpets, replaced the pad on the carpet in our living room after water damage, and cleaned our air ducts. The technicians you sent were considerate or our time requirements, very helpful and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.
We scheduled an appointment 2/19 to have a for our commercial building cleaned. Your rep came out Ron Self. We received an email with another customers name on it with a bid attached for JW logistics for zero dollars.We called your customer service line 3 times to get a bid to clean our building and kept getting the run around that they would have the rep call and resend out an email with the bid. Nothing happened. We called again Friday the 23rd, and got the run around again. We could have been a very profitable business opportunity for you. We will now seek another vendor.

tech was great and friendly. Did a great job getting stains out. The dispatcher, however, was a little rude and not as helpful. I received an email after scheduling the appointment, saying it was confirmed and I would be notified 24-48hr beforehand what the 2 hour window would be. No one ever contacted me. I call the morning of my appointment and the lady dispatcher looked up the time. When I asked why no one contacted me the day before, she said "I don't know, I was off yesterday". She didn't seem interested in finding out or reporting back that it didn't happen.
