I have used your service for a very long time. The time before yesterday was the worst experience I had had in that time. But yesterday, as with every other time before, Tom did an absolutely excellent job!

Let me start out by saying how we understand that dog urine can sometimes be difficult to remove. For some, they are lucky and it can be removed right away and for others, not so lucky, and it takes time. Zerorez has saved our room and our 2 year old carpet!! We didn't realize that our dog had sometimes used the bathroom in our room...it's because of the type of carpet we have where we can't tell if it's dirty at all. For the longest time, we thought it was cleaned except for the smell and we always dismissed it as something else. We tried Rug Doctor, Febreeze, various pet enzyme solutions but nothing worked permanently. (Room smelled good for a few days then bam! smell comes back.) We called Zerorez because of Jody Dean from 98.7 KLUV who swears that it works. Unfortunately for us, we were the unlucky ones where the first cleaning did not work. With Zerorez's most excellent customer service, they kept on working with us until the carpet was clean and the smell was gone. In fact, the urine no longer shows up under the UV light!!! That is awesome. I am going to recommend them to everyone we know. We are now true believers of Zerorez!

We have not been told completely about the total price when scheduling the service.
We feel like we are negotiating a price with the technician after he arrives. We based our decision to choose your company on the price as well as the quality. If that changes when the technician arrives we do not appreciate it.
This is the second time our bedroom furniture was put back in place without the styrofoam blocks being placed on the wet carpet. For wood stained end tables and dressers, that is not good for the carpet or the furniture.
Does your company provide the blocks to the technicians??
The carpet cleaning service was great and Mr. Tom did an outstanding job! The carpet in my home truly has not looked that nice in a Very long time.

Got a quote on the phone & wasn't pressured to add anything nor was i told coupon didn't apply. I don't like surprises. Carpet looks great. Only 1 stubborn stain remained after several attempts
I feel that my home has gotten the best chemical free cleaning. It looks great and I am not worried about toxic fumes. I feel relaxed about walking around my home barefoot. :-)
Bring fans to dry carpet because six hours is still quite a while. other than that service guy was great and carpets look much better.
