Works very well.
This was the first time I have used a service so didn't know what to expect for results. As promised the stains came out of carpet and it looks great! Service technician was very nice and made sure I saw the results of a test area before he finished to make sure I was satisfied.
Appreciative of the consideration given to me as a customer and homeowner (put wall protectors on the corners where the hoses would run).
Our carpets are soft and not "crunchy" after they're cleaned. The technicians are always very friendly and explain what is being accomplished.

Took 3 months to get something fixed. The deal that was running at the time included a gift card and I never received the gift card. Just doesn’t seem like a trustworthy company to me at this point. No follow through to make sure the customer is taken care of;
