I was told twice that I would be called on Saturday before to schedule a 2 hour window. I also was told by the office that the person was to arrive in 30 minutes. I had scheduled almost a month in advance and requested an early appointment so I would not have to leave my work and be gone very long.

Your office service did not call me, I had to call them twice. As a realtor, requesting a time for a move-in ready house, it was my hope to get the carpets cleaned so the final walk-thru could be done the same day. After I called, I was given a 10-12 window. I was called around 11:00 and arrived at the home around 11;20. Charlie did not arrive until 11:45 or close to 12.
He did a GREAT JOB and was very kind and service oriented. He gives a great representation of your company Zerorez. He went beyond and he finished around 3:00.

They are always well prepared, on time, and very thorough in their explanations and cleaning.

The products appear to have worked. Time will tell if the products work as promised.

There are two remaining stains the technician could not get out.
We did not receive our resraurant coupon fot $50.

Customer service and good for the environment

The Technician was very courteous and knowlegeable. The carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations.

I found stains in a couple of rooms that didn't come out with the cleaning. I didn't notice them until the next day when the carpet was dry.

Technicians are always polite and prompt. I have pets and they get the stains out of the carpets. Excellent job!

The Zerorez technician that came to my house was extremely kind and personable. He helped. me choose the right kind of treatment for my carpet which was very much appreciated. However, I can not help but think he was in a big hurry to leave. He did not take the time to what was requested towards my carpet cleaning. I have used your company twice before and have sang your praises, that is how I know the kind of service to expect.

I requested that my carpets be scrubbed because of the condition they were in at the time. He did not scrub my carpets, if he did, he didn't less than a half way attempt.
Example: I asked him to give a good scrub to a coffee stain in the master bedroom. He said he had done so, when the carpet was completely dried the stain looked exactly the same as it did before he started. I took a wet cloth with carpet stain remover and scrubbed it myself. The stain although not completely gone was so much lighter. Plus, there were many little spots that would have come out if the carpet had been scrubbed. I know this because these kind of small spots have been removed the last two times your company has come to my home.
Also, he came unprepared without blocks to put the couch/sofa legs on. I moved my couch/sofa forward a couple of feet so he could clean behind them. Without moving them back so he could clean the carpet that would be exposed he was packing up and going to leave it that way. I told him that those areas needed to be cleaned as well. He helped move my couch and sofa to the wooden floor. I suppose he thought my couch was in his was so instead of asking. me to help him lift up and move it out of the way he pushed the couch across the wooded floor and he damaged my wooden floor with a deep scrape. I took pictures for your records.

I will be calling your office and I hope that you will rectify this situation. I would like to be either reimbursed or have another tech come out and redo the service. So very disappointed with this visit from Zerorez. I would hate to have another company come out and redo the cleaning. That is just an added expense, I can not afford. Not to mention what it will cost me to have someone come out and look at repairing the wood on my floor.
Like I mentioned earlier I have recommended your company to so many friends and family. I would like to say that you were also fair and just when dealing with such a situation.

The service that I received was outstanding. I really felt like everything was explained in a manner that anyone could understand and felt like nothing was held back or hidden from me. I don't know how old the carpet is in my house, but it was quite dirty and stained. After the cleaning, I could visibly tell the carpet was a lighter color and stains were no longer visible. I can't say my carpet looks like new, but it certainly looks much better. I will certainly use Zerorez again!

The technician did a great job on my tile and carpets

My rooms were wonderfully clean — and they were so dirty. It dries within s few hours. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable .

I like that only water is used which is what's required for the warranty on my carpet. I also appreciate that if a spot doesn't come out, they'll return to treat again without a hassel. Torrance is our preferred technician. :-)

My Zerorez tech arrived on time and provided excellent service. My carpet looks, feels, and smells great. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again!

I'd scheduled to have Zerorez clean my air ducts and dryer vent on April 4, but, when the technician looked at one of my ducts, he said that he couldn't clean them because they're fibre glass. He said that he could cleanse the ducts with a material that would remove microbes. He quoted a cost of cleansing the ducts that was about the same as the cost of cleaning them.

Unfortunately, I agreed to the cleansing. I wish that I had not, so that I could have had time to consider the switch.

To cleanse the ducts, the technician took several panels off of the air handler to clean the coils. I guess that he then injected a cleaning compound into the ducts. A day or two after these actions, I started to notice a low whirring sound when the system's fan is on. I don't remember hearing the sound before the cleansing. I can't say that there's anything wrong, but this new sound makes me uneasy.

Zerorez should have warned me that they couldn't clean fibre glass ducts, and that the cleansing involved opening the air handler. Then, I might have asked the company that installed the HVAC what they thought of the cleansing option, did they think that it would be safe for the HVAC.

I also thought that cleaning the vents was part of duct cleaning. Apparently it's not part of cleansing them. They're just as filthy as before the cleansing.

I'm feeling like I got snookered.

Estimate doubled....too expensive....in my mind can't justify cost for results, and would therefore not recommend. Felt like other carpet cleaning companies' methods of raising costs. Equally upset at self for agreeing to amount.
