John, I believe that was our service technician’s name, was very professional. He arrived on time and was very efficient in getting the job done. After cleaning our carpeting, we asked if he could also clean a small area rug we have in our master bathroom, which, for $25, he agreed he could do. Unfortunately, however, the rug now appears “almost” stained with one-half the Carpet appearing darker than the other half. We thought it first it just needed drying time, however, that has not helped. Several weeks later, and after vacuuming, the carpet’s appearance has not changed. Unfortunately, it appears that we will now need to replace the carpet. If someone from Zerorez could please contact us about how we can make this right, we would appreciate it. I guess I expected “wow”. Closet in guest bedroom was not done- my bad that I forgot about it but easily could have moved stuff so it could have been done. I will schedule a follow up to get this done as it has some stains in it needing attention.
