First of all my carpets don't even look clean. Next, you tried to overcharge me by over $100+ dollars from my original quote. I don't know if your cleaning solutions you use were sub par but you definitely didnt clean my carpets.
The only thing I can say is that your employee you sent out was very polite and prompt on his arrival and went right to work.
I will be honest I will never use your service again. My couch looks pretty much the exact same in some spots. I should of just bought a new couch. It would of been nice to been advised before spending the amount of money that I did to have it cleaned that the spots were not going to come out. I didn't even need the entire couch cleaned, just certain areas. Also, the rug that i got cleaned... the spot is back again.

GIVEN A PRICE OF $99 FOR 3 ROOMS. WHEN TECH ARRIVED HE TRIED TO INCREASE PRICE FOR LIVING ROOM. HE SAID THERE WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR AN OVERSIZED ROOM. THIS IS AN OLDER SMALL HOUSE WITH STANDARD ROOM SIZES. NOTHING WAS EVER SAID PRIOR ABOUT SQUARE FOOTAGE
