The product cleans the carpet exceptionally and the service is professional and courteous!
Darryl was professional, good with answering all my questions and worked hard while he was here. I'm very happy with the process of a call ahead and timeliness of the expected time frame.

No residue left. Carpets were pretty dry when technician left. Very experienced and thorough technician.
Chase Clemmons did a great job rectifying the issue I had with the prior technician. He stayed until the stain left behind by ZeroRez was lifted/gone. It took several tries and different methods to correct the issue.
I want to ask for Chase by name to be my technician for all future ZeroRez appointments!

My technician was very thorough and considerate. He took the time to explain things and show me how the process worked. Overall the process took 8 hours and the cost was significantly higher than I paid the previous time (over twice as much). I paid a significant amount for pet treatments and they may have been for areas that were treated previously.
The quality of the work was very high and the carpets look fantastic now so I'd definitely recommend the service but would absolutely warn people about upselling.
Your tech was extremely thorough and went through all of our options with us and showed us some awesome demonstrations. Our carpets look great!

The lack of chemicals
The service tech was punctual. He was thorough and explained the whole process to me since he asked and I told him this was my first time using zerorez. Great technician and I loved the "new look" of my old carpets!
My carpet is cleaner and spots are gone. The guy who came to our house explained the process and what he was doing at each step. He was polite and efficient and his work effective in cleaning our carpet.
I loved how there weren’t chemicals or residue used. The carpets and tile came out looking brand new! The service was fast, professional and thorough. My technician, Ricardo was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job.

I still have a few small spots that were, pretreated and did not completely come out.
Overall a good job
The end result! Our carpets always look brand new after Zerorez has cleaned them, and the stains never return.
I have had other carpet cleaning services performed in the past, and the same thing always happens, the stains come back. This has never been an issue with Zerorez.
The technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and professional, kind and courteous. I recommend Zerorez to anyone who is in the market for this service.

Ricardo Gutierrez did a great job on our carpet cleaning this weekend! He provided a step by step overview of the cleaning process and pointed out several trouble spots that needed additional care. He was very patient with our curious pets (cats and a dog) that followed him as he cleaned. Knowing that they would be safe walking on the carpet while it was damp is one reason we prefer Zerorez. Thanks, all!
The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job! However our quote over the phone was not even close to the amount we paid. It was $200 more than the quote.
