The technician, Pablo, was helpful and knowledgeable and worked within our schedule. He was also very professional and focused the entire time. The carpet looks new again!! Such a wonderful experience!
When we say no scent it is very important not to use any. The orange spray made me very sick and it did linger all night.
The upstairs room still had visible stains and pet odor. It needs to be redone.

clean, green carpet cleaning. It appears a competitor gets a higher score for cleaning. I wish both of you were cheaper for my modest little house. If I use Zerorez again, I'll only have carpet cleaned, not the tile, that cost too much for me.
It would be nice if they could get to my house when they say they're going to. I originally made the appointment for 9 a.m., then they called and said the person would be there between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. I had to wait practically the whole morning, and then when he got to my house, he took about 30 minutes to do the job. He did a good job and my carpet looked very good when he had finished, but waiting all that time was very annoying.
Technician, Robert, is great. Very helpful, and good at his job.

You always do a good job and your technicians are always courteous and helpful. However, I was not as pleased this visit as I have been in the past.
I only rated a 7 because we had Dalworth clean the carpets the year prior and there was a significant difference in the cleaning. The carpet looked brand new when they finished.
Aside from the cost I like how the entire process was completed in under 2hrs.

I was quoted a fee of $99 from a special + $10 environmental fee to clean 3 rooms of carpet. When the tech was finished, his bill showed I was charged a base rate of $139 plus the $10 fee. He could not adjust it for me and said I would have to pay and then call the office on Monday since it was Saturday evening and they were closed.
This is a very misleading way to do business!
Professional in every way. Detailed in walk through explanations. Took care to not make any mess and protected furniture and walls from hose. Cleaning process works on carpet and tile floors. Very good results.

My carpet and floors are beautiful. The technician was awesome, friendly and hard-working. I had an old ink spot. I did not think it would come out. It did not but it was not for a lack of effort and it is much less noticeable now. My other cleaner never tried to get the spot out!
Zero Rez kept me informed when they would be at my house. The technician came in and protected my walls.
Lastly, my son who has never noticed the clean carpets before said "wow, the carpet looks like new and there is no stinky smell."
The staff was courteous on the phone the price was great . service was on time and they did a great job.
