Gabriel was the technician. I was pleased with the service and professionalism.
Too many hidden charges/ one person team who cannot clean under or behind beds or move small furniture/ no lifting was involved.
Ask customer about pet stains and let them know your door will be open during cleaning...especially when it's 108 degrees outside! I would have rescheduled and would have been interested in pet stain removal process

The products used were pet friendly. The technician even got up a rust spot. My carpet looked great afterwards. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using Zerorez on a yearly basis and refer them out as they were highly referred to me.

Conscientious carpet cleaning technicians. Carpet looked, felt, & smelled fresh & clean.
They got stains out that my husband and I thought were hopeless. I told the guys to brace themselves before they saw the room I was asking them to clean. We really thought that most likely we would have to tear the carpet out and replace it, it was so stained. But they made it look like there had never been stains there at all! And all with just water that has a high pH level.... no chemicals!
The process they use works. We’ve used them for years and will continue to use.

We had three upstairs bedrooms and stairs with very old, grungy carpets, which now look and smell fresh and clean.
