I love the no soap product.
The carpets are steam cleaned with sprays without odor, and are mixed specifically for need. The technician was friendly, and caring to do a good job. They are timely and easily identifiable with labeled truck and shirt.
I am disappointed that the carpet, though old, does not look any better than when I use my carpet cleaning machine. Also, you had told me that the extreme pet stain extraction costs $75 extra, but I found that that amount just covers a very small diameter, and it would cost me $150 extra to treat my problem. For $75, I received no guarantee. I will not be using your company in the future, I will just do it myself.
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job on the carpet and tile.
Our tech was running late, but we were called to keep us updated, so that was good. The tech was very friendly and chatty, but we got the impression that the service was a bit rushed. The closets in the two other rooms were not cleaned, or attempted to be cleaned, which was disappointing. The actual cleaning done was good, although it was mainly dust on them, as the carpets are pretty new and not stained. Maybe it was because we were the last appointment of the day, but it did feel like we had to check that all areas were covered and sprayed before the steam treatment. It is also a bit off that the hose extends to outside, meaning the house is exposed to very high temperature and bugs in the summer. Surely a portable unit inside the house that can be emptied is more practical. The hose leading to the outside is also messy and our hardwood floors had to be cleaned by us after. It is good that no harmful chemicals are used and I really like that, but it was not as thorough as it could have been.
They did a fabulous job. I just have had other visits from other teams that have not been as good and have not discussed carpet cleaning with others in a while.
I need another tech to come clean my carpets!
A very nice, clean cut young man introduced himself and conducted himself very professionally while in our home. The results are amazing. We are very pleased with our clean carpet.
We have used Zerorez several times over the years and have always thought your job was the best we have received. Our service tech was Darwin and he was very cordial and has been in the business a long time. He really did a marvelous job and showed us areas that may have had spills or stains of one kind or another and in each case had totally removed the stain.
We have been a devoted customer for some time and will continue to be.

Joseph was our tech and right away I felt he was very knowledgeable about what he did and wasn’t just reciting a script. He gave us all the options but wasn’t pushy about which services we chose. Overall we are very happy with the service and will be returning customers
After the tech left, I realized the middle of one room had not been cleaned. Disappointing.

I have always been pleased with Zerorez carpet cleaning, and this year i decided to have the heat & air unit and ducts cleaned. I was a little apprehensive but Joseph Hernandez was so clear in his explanation of what he was doing and worked so hard. I love my clean air! Then the next day, Paul Fetui came to clean the carpet, and he was excellent.

Both of my experiences with ZeroRez technicians revealed them to be intelligent, well-trained professionals. They will not sell you something you do not need, even if that was the reason why you called them in the first place! After they assess the condition that you called them about, if they have concerns about your own stated remedy, they will provide a professional opinion about the best "fix". They will tell you even if it means that they do not endorse your own stated remedy. If your stated remedy dovetails with their professional assessment, they will perform the service you requested, immediately. In fact, on my most recent experience with ZeroRez, the technician listened to my plan for "Phase II" of my cleanup and called his office. Why? Because since he was already on-site he knew the office would offer me a cheaper than normal deal, if I agreed to let him do "Phase II" on the spot. He was correct. The office gave him a price for "Phase II" that was 25% cheaper than normal, if the technician was allowed to do "Phase II" while he was on-sire. I agreed, and both phases were done at once for less money than I had expected to pay.

Your service man was very polite and very knowledgable. He did an excellent job of cleaning carpets and kitchen tile. When he offered additional service and I declined he did not try to persuade. I was very impressed with that.

Their technician was courteous and conscientious in their work. We had a big job of having all the carpet in our home cleaned with multiple pet stains. Zerorez set 2-3 hours for the job, but our technician took his time and made sure that the job was done right and done well. It ended up taking closer to 5 hours to complete and he stayed here the whole time without a break.
I highly encourage Zerorez for their professionalism and pride in their work. I also love that they don't use any harsh chemicals or cleaners that will only hide the stain for a week or two before returning.

I was extremely impressed with the affordability and results! My carpet looks new. The tile cleaning was remarkable. The staff member was so professional and thorough. He did an excellent job!!! I would definitely recommend this company to others.
