I was not disappointed. I'm sure the carpet is cleaner than before it was cleaned by the rep. Most consumers dislike being quoted one price then the technician arrives and suddenly more fees are added to the cost that had been quoted. Feels like bait and switch.
The price that was charged me to clean and seal my kitchen tile grout was not worth the work that was done. My grout looks better, but not great.

I think the technician was great and very nice. However your product is crap. I think my rug is actually MORE dirty since you cleaned it. I don't know how this is possible but the reality is it is. Also it doesn't look like the tile was cleaned at ALL. It looks awful! The grout looks no cleaner than it was at the beginning. I am hugely disappointed with our choice to use you guys. You came highly recommended by our neighbors. My wife hasn't seen it yet but she will see it this Friday. I already know she will be disappointed. I just wish I felt like our carpets are actually cleaner.
Very easy to schedule. Quick response. Did everything they said they would. Very nice tech also. He explained it all very well and was very polite and courteous.

I love your service because my carpet look great. Your employee was very friendly and eager to please. My carpet is very old but I try to keep it up and it's a light color. There was dirt and a stain that was not removed on my rug that I paid $ 100 to have cleaned in addition to my carpets. I feel there is a residue on the carpets now that wasn’t there before which is surprising given the name.
On time. And Robert was very good in what he was doing. Hope he will be the same guy next time
Tech was professionall and totally focused on customer satisfaction. He asked several times if everything was okay and if we had any concerns. Our carpets were pretty bad and he did a great job getting them clean. Only negatative comment would be the carpets were pretty wet when done. Took a couple days to dry, not what we’ve had in the past from Zerorez.
