Zerorez was awesome. My carpet looked brand new when the tech was done. The tech was awesome and knowledgeable....I've already told my neighbors all about him!!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service tech was very professional, but I saw no difference in the tile floor that was “steamed clean”. You should stick to carpet that u appear to do as well as anyone else and not claim to do things that you really don’t do well. I used a washcloth and washed my bathroom tile by hand after it was “cleaned”. I was a shocked at the dirt that was on the tile immediately following the cleaning.

I like that Zerorez is environmentally safe and pet friendly. They provide a thorough cleaning with no residue left behind. The technicians and staff are friendly and helpful. Great overall!

This service was very good - technician was on time, set up corner protectors, treated two spots, and did a great job. He also confirmed the price before he started. This was my second experience with Zerorez, and by far my best experience. Hat's off to the technician!

What do you like about our products and services?

Tyler England was so very nice and professional. He went way above and beyond to make sure he helped me with do dog issues with my sectional. He did a fabulous job! I am so very thankful he is the one that came out to clean my sectional! :) Plus I just love that Zerorez's products are pet friendly, not harmful and everytime I have had my carpets clean the dog smell is gone! :)

If carpet was not soaking wet when done cleaning. Better suction to leave less water behind
