We are selling our home, so I called to schedule a cleaning and more importantly, a stretch and cleaning of my stairway carpet. Over time several of the steps had pulled loose from the tack strips and one had frayed so badly that I didn't think there was much that could be done but to staple it the step. I was hoping for about a 50% improvement when the steps were finished. I was so surprised! Fabian and Zak were the Zero Rez team that was sent to my home. They were excellent! I have worked most of my adult career in Customer Service Management at the corporate level for my employers. My mantra for team was always "Don't just meet the customers expectations, EXCEED them!" Well, I was thrilled with the service I received from ZREZ and their team! Fabian more than met my expectations on the stair stretching! HE EXCEEDED THEM! Our stairs look like they have just been carpeted! He did a beautiful job on them! Zak cleaned the hallways (three of them) and the stairs and I am extremely pleased with the end the results! We are moving to Florida and I will certainly be looking for a ZREZ for all my carpet needs when I get there and that office will have tough shoes to fill after my experience with the Dallas/Ft Worth team!

Had my carpet cleaned even mentioned the pet urine spots, well that wasn't done had to come back out and do that then that wasn't even taken care of its as if you just masked the smell so I'm not happy and won't be using you all again.... The first time I used you all a year ago for my apartment the service was better

Rep arrived promptly, introduced himself and began work immediately. Excellent Customer Service! Cleaned up wet areas immediately afterwards. The three room for $99 advertised are smaller rooms, therefore if you have a larger room, this will count as two.

I like that there is no smell and no soaps used in your formula. Oftentimes our kids would be sick after getting our carpet cleaned and with Zerorez no such problems. And the stains stay cleaned and don’t come back!!

After using several other carpet cleaning companies to clean my white carpet I tried Zerorez. They did such a superior job and my carpets looked sparkling clean and white, not grey or yellow. I have now used Zerorez several times and will not go back to those other guys.
That they clean.the service is for beautiful & if they were to be a problem they make sure they corre t which is the part is beautiful some other business they jus ignore & say to bad so sad this is a company where your money is going to good honeat trust worthly place & not being thrown away for nothing good in results they show care,patience,& understanding & the man who came i recomend for him for to come clean as well he works from his heart...
