Great job

I had to do all the work. You should pay ME. This guy was so incredibly lazy standing there watching ME move everything! I'm 5'2" 120 pounds and 70 years old. But not a drop of help from this guy. I understood that he might not move big things like the bed because he might hurt him's widdle self, but he wouldn't even move the DOG BEDS! He's too overweight to be doing this. And the worst of all is....at the end he used the bathroom and PEED ALL OVER MY BATHROOM FLOOR. So disgusting! I hope you fire this guy. And I will probably not ever use Zerorez again.

Tom our technician was outstanding. He was unbelievably thorough and my family and I were amazed at the difference in the couches and the carpets. Tom was the best, very friendly and like I said before thorough.

The price was way too high for what was done - running a machine over the tile and the carpet. A small hallway cost more than a bedroom and it was perhaps a fourth the size. I think $1.25 per square foot is high for the use of a machine on the tile. The last time you came, the tech used a brush by hand on our bathroom tile and it was much cleaner. I won't be calling you again without checking other prices with other companies, especially for the tile cleaning.

The techs were very nice and they did work extra hard on some traffic areas of carpet - not their bad at all. They did what they are trained to do.

Technicians are well trained, professional, don’t try to pressure into more services tha you asked for. Punctual and neat and the carpets are always better when they are done. Tile cleaning made a big difference, too.

Liked the fact that in addition to the 3 rooms cleaned for $99 you also get 100 sq ft of tile cleaned and a $50 gift certificate. That's a good value. The carpet tech also worked very hard.
