No chemicals!

Organic and chemical free using water only! Instead of scheduling me for next week or next month I was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing the next morning! The technician was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job on our traffic-worn areas. He was also able to make most of our problem areas and stains almost invisible or dissapear.

The cost of the rug cleaning was ridiculously high and they don’t look clean at all.

Clint was a miracle worker. He did an awesome job on an area rug as well as the wall to wall carpet in my bedroom. Extremely pleased with the job he did. He was very professional and explained everything to me.

I would like to say that the service was excellent and everything worked out great!

Be able to get kool-aid stains out. The products and process did not live up to it's hype. I felt like I could get the same results or better from a different company.

It's not that I'm disappointed because I did noticed an improvement. I just figured the carpet would smell and feel better than it does, but it doesn't. Also I don't understand why you charge extra to clean an area rug even after removing 1 room from the 3 room price.

I don’t think that my floors got very clean. The guy, who was wonderful, said that it was abrasion. My carpet is only two years old.

My Carpet was stretched and it pulled right up and gapped. I trip over it everytime I go into my bathroom. Zero Res sent 2 of its representatives to try and fix it and they threw up their hands saying they didnt know how to fix the first guys' screw ups. They have completely screwed up my hall way and entrance to the bathroom and living room, plus left a strip near the guestroom that has an ugly strip from a bad measurement.

Dont ever get your carpet get carpets done by zero res

Excellent service, excellent techs.

I think Zerorez is good for maintenance cleaning but I had some construction going on and although I had plastic on the floor, the carpet was pretty dirty. There was an old red spot I was 100% sure wouldn't come out but I was surprised the carpet looked pretty much the same after the cleaning and sealng. It wasn't crunchy like last time but it wasn't as clean looking. I rather have a clean crunchy carpet than a carpet that looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. It looked good when the tech left because it was wet, but when it dried... disappointment city.

I also requested the same tech as last time. I figured he had more experience. They said that they would send him out but sent someone else instead. I would have waited until the other tech was available if i had known they were sending someone else out. All in all, I think the carpet may have simply been too dirty and required chemicals instead. I will wait a month or so and try again, going that route.
