Great service, my carpet looks a lot better than before. The service technician (Boston) was nice and pleasant and did a good job.
Not totally happy with the carpet cleaning, and we had to have a tech come back out and redo the tile in the kitchen, still not happy with it. Can't tell anything was done to the tile floor, looks just as bad if not worse. The first time we had Zerorez clean our tile it looked great! The guy that finally showed up at 6:30 was more interested in watching the football game than cleaning our floors. We also had time the 1st time we scheduled the appointment, we had scheduled for the Friday before the work was done on the next Friday and nobody ever called to confirm and when we called them they said we had scheduled for the next Friday instead of the one we had told them we wanted it done, we had already had the furniture and everything moved, so we just left it in the bedrooms until the next weekend when the work was completed . We were very impressed with the quality of work Zerorez did the first few times we used the company, I am not sure what happened but we did not get the same quality of customer service and quality work.
Not sure if we want to use Zerorez again.
Zerorez did a great job, got out some very difficult stains, was fast and very courteous. I will use them again!
It gets so much dirt hair and dust and stains out of the carpet
My tile grout is still dirty. Now it is dirty and because of the applied sealant it is stuck. I waited for it to dry thinking surely it would look clean but it has not. Very disappointed with the money I spent. I do not know what can be done, but I at least expect my money back.
The technician was efficient, thorough, personable and explained everything, answered all my questions and worked around me in the room I was working in. He was pleasant - almost entertaining. The price I was told to expect was what he charged. The results on our old, light beige carpets were transformative.
The tech was amazing!!!! But the smell is still here from previous tenant
I have been calling and calling no one has called me back in regards to damage that was done. I have been told over and over I was going to get a call back and nothing. I would like the damage to be fixed and a call back to figure out what is going to be done

Great technician, carpet was soft, clean and nearly dry. Very prompt, arrived on time and worked efficiently.

Decent job on the cleaning, had to go over a few spots and super curtious. Where my praise ends is the pricing. $33 for and entire bedroom of Berber carpet and $100 for an cheap little area rug. Was informed that the price diffence was due to the likelyhood of damage to the rug and “different techniques” have to be used. The waiver included in the contract should cover this and not a giant rate hike. Have used steam cleaners in the past with great success on all types of rugs and never damaged one. Have an appointment to do my laminate wood and am cringing.

Always appreciative of an employee who sets a positive example for his company and genuine about the work he/she is conducting. As for the product, fortunately it did not take long to dry and the products used was not pungent or strong to the smell.

The product used smells very fresh and doesn’t leave a soapy residue. The air in the whole house is noticeably cleaner afterwards. The technicians are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
I love the way my carpet looks and feels. I have now reconsidered getting carpet when I purchase another home. I will definitely pick this company again in the future.
