Rugs look great.
No chemical smell
2 areas that needed to be treated were missed. It was hard to see and it was more of a feel than a see as the carpet was stiff in these areas but maybe an initial feel of the carpet area would help

Professional & thorough service.
I had to have you come out a second time to reclean my tile because it wasnt clean the first time. While there was an improvement on the second attempt it is not as clean as I was promised. My grout was not that dirty either, especially being a newer home. I really liked Jaylen the technician. He was very friendly and had some good tips, it just wasnt professional clean in my opinion.
I was really pleased with the way my floors looked,the way the carpet looked and smelled, they all looked as if they were brand new!!!

My technician Clint was very friendly and very professional. He knew what we needed and knew exactly how to help us. He was courteous and professional. He provided quality work in a short amount of time. He didn’t want to interrupt what we had going on, so he got in and out without a hutch so quickly! And he got the job done! I appreciate a good technician with some experience and who can give valuable feedback. We loved our service and would totally ask for Clint again!

I have had Zerorez clean carpets twice, and always I am amazed at the results. The price is right, the technicians are terrific. Charles cleaned my carpets this time, and he was so positive and willing to demo on a stain, worked hard on other stains, really did a great job and acted so interested in the job he was doing. Totally impressed me.
