The floors looked wonderful. Only complaint was that there were a lot of dirt streaks on the wood floors after they dried, and I had to damp mop the whole floors to get rid of them.
Everything was easy-the appointment, the confirmation call, the pre-arrival call and the cleaning process.
The technician was polite and professional.

the carpet is fresh again! no stiff carpet after the clean. no chemical residue left behind. no chemical smell. The carpet was dry within a few hours. The service tech was courteous, prompt and very professional.

I was sold a solvent based grout sealer and given a water based grout sealer. Manager insisted the next day that water based is all they carry and is just as good. I was refused a refund on the sealer.

This was crazy expensive. Your carpet cleaning is reasonable, but it’s crazy how much you charge for tile. If I’d been the one home, I would have turned down the service.

Area next to baseboards not cleaned; seemed like some rsidue was left on carpet
You left a white coating on the street in front of our house.
This will not look good for your company when we have an open house and a sign tells people who left this white mess on the street.
EVERTHING, IT WAS EVEN BETTER IN PERSON THEN IT WAS ON TV. IT MADE A TRUE BELIEVER OUT OF ME. STAINS THAT BEEN IN MY CARPET FOR 10 YRS THAT OTHER COMPANY TRYED TO GET OUT, FINALLY IS GONE.
The technician was very friendly and explained the process step by step. The tile looks almost brand new and my feet are no longer black when I walk on the tile. No matter how many times I mopped or used my Bissell my floors would not come clean. For the most part he carpets were great.
Tech was very knowledgeable. He knew his product. My carpet looks brand new,very pleased. It’s amazing how water cleaned the carpet.
Randy came out and cleaned our carpets, I was very pleased, they were very dirty. He was very polite and tried very hard to please us, which he did. I nearly did not call Zerorez because my neighbor said there were bad reviews in regard to upselling. When I called for the appointment I explained that I did not want anyone to try it and it wasn't done. We have used Zerorez in the past. My neighbor is now going to call for Randy to clean her carpets.
