The tech informed me that he would not be able to completely clean my new 8 month old carpet, but it is not overly stained because it is NEW. I will now have to hire another carpet cleaning company to come in and actually clean my carpet. I took time off of work to get this done and it was a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend Zerorez and I am very angry and disappointed with the service you provide.

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpets did an awesome job. They were able to get all of the stains out of the carpets. I will most definitely use Zerorez again and definitely recommend them to family and friends.
The gentlemen were prompt and in and out of my house within 1.5 hours. They were very professional and friendly. They explained how they were going to clean the carpets and once they got started they showed me what they were getting out of the carpets. When they were finished they had me do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with what they had cleaned.

The tech talked on his phone the entire time and brought dirt into my house on his shoes. It would be great to see you all wear shoe covers and have a little more professional techs. Each tech I’ve had has only been concerned with the rating I am going to give them, but doesn’t try to earn it.
