You guys did a great job communicating the services offered setting up an appointment, arriving during the appointment window and communicating during the process. The technician did a great job, was polite and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and it looks great. I needed urine treatment on 3 areas due to fmy older dog . Treatment seems to be effective. I was surprised at the cost. $99 for carpet cleaning, but the pet treatment made my total over $500!!! Maybe I should have just replaced the carpet

I noticed that once the carpet, rugs and tile were dry there were definite spots that were missed. This has never happened before!

Fewer chemicals

You don't use chemicals when cleaning.

I have used Zerorez in the past and saw a level of vibrancy in my tile and carpet, but this time, it was as if the floor were just wet and vacuumed. Tile didn't look clean and was able to move some grout dirt with my finger. Carpet traffic areas are still visible; maybe it is more apparent because the furniture has been removed, but just not satisfied. Maybe the tech was lazy and didn't put forth a good effort; he showed up late and then didn't finish because he ran out of water. Maybe the Zerorez product doesn't cut it. I don't know... But what I do know is I will try a competitor next time.

My carpet looked better than I thought it could look. The price was what I thought it would be--no extras for this or that. It was a very positive experience.

I guess I was expecting something different than I have had in the past in carpet cleaning. The rep was very nice, very informative, but the actual cleaning was not different or better than the ads indicate.

I liked the ease of scheduling my appointment. The technician was very friendly and did a great job in less than an hour. It was a wet Saturday morning but he was friendly and efficient through the whole process. It was a great experience. I'll definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them.
