The technicians were polite and professional. We were moving to a house where the previous owner had a dog. The technicians thoroughly cleaned the carpet down to the padding. We had excellent service and will definitely use Zerorez again!

I love the results I usually get from Zerorez. I had two marker stains that did not come out which I thought was a possibility BUT I had two coffee spills that I could see again after the carpet dried. That was disappointing.

There are two reasons that I like your services. The first is that your process works. We see great reductions of dirt and wear each time we have your technician out.
The 2nd - and perhaps primary - reason we like your service is because of Darwin. When Darwin services our house, I know the job is done right. I know the job is done well. I know that I'm not getting sold something just to up-sell me. I know he cares about doing a good job and treating his customers right. He understands customer service and always has a great attitude, even on the hot, humid, cold or rainy days.
On the occasions where the schedulers sent someone else - despite having asked for Darwin and being told he would be available - lets just say my wife and I are nowhere near as pleased and sometimes displeased with the results.
Zerorez arrived on time, worked quickly and left my carpets looking like new!
