I wish I was informed that there was a trainee coming along with my requested technician. Also, I had requested not to open any closets for privacy & clutter reasons & the master bedroom closet door was opened & treated just inside as I could see the vacuum marks on the carpet & it was wet from treatment.

One technician was sent-when 2 teams were promised. It took one guy from 5 pm to 11 pm to finish the job-this required a manager to work a 16 hour day. The end result-the carpet still looked filthy.
Did a good job and cleaning carpet but still had pet odor after it dried. Not as strong but still there. Would have like the option to get extra treatment at time of cleaning.
