Fantastic experience with Zerorez and technician Jaylon Harris. Arrived on time and throughly explained my cleaning options with some pet problem areas. Jaylon left my carpets looking new and smelling fresh! Also got the tile on my kitchen cleaned and it looks amazing! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends that need cleaner carpets and tile. Wonderful company!

Overall it was fine. I added tile work which I found expensive and less than perfect in the seams, edges and corners. The technician was very professional and worked quickly and quietly.

The carpet looks a little better than it did however, is not what I was led to believe it was going to look like once completed. I have tried to contact the sales rep and all emails I have send have come back as a delivery error. I would like to have Ron Self contact me to come do a walk through.

We will definitely not ever recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. I had only one bedroom to get cleaned. It was pretty new carpet from Feb (6 months old), so really only a few (4-5) pet spots needed to be cleaned. Prior to coming out they quoted me just over $100 to clean the carpet which included purchasing a 1 gallon cleaner for the pet soiled areas. What they definitely didn't tell me is that I would have needed a to buy 5 of those (1 gal $75.00 for each spot). This was on top of the regular cleaning, so to get (1) room cleaned for a few pets spots would have costed me over $425. There is no way I would have paid that. You all falsely advertise your service so your techs can upsell your customers. It's ridiculous! I have 3-4 spots that we can still see after your standard cleaning (which doesn't clean anything). I feel like, other than one area, nothing else was cleaned. I ended up paying for one spot to be cleaned for $127.74. Insane!!! I will not recommend your company.

I was very nervous, trying Zerorez for the first time, that I was going to be upsold a bunch of services, but Matt walked through, understood what I wanted done, what my concerns were, and gave me a first quote I was happy with. He explained the whole process, was very polite and professional, and did a very good job.
