Technician Sebastian was very nice and worked really hard. Our carpet looked very pretty and clean. Sebastian explained everything very well to us about how we should take care of any problems we had with our carpet but he was not pressuring.. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
The techs, which came to my house, did an outstanding job cleaning both the upstairs carpet and extremely dirty tile floor downstairs.
Does great job cleaning
The technician that came to my house was on his phone all through texting with one hand and cleaning with the other which was very unprofessional.
Most importantly, he left some water residue at the bottom of my stairs which I didn't notice and when I went to inspect upstiars and in my way down I tripped and fell. I twisted my knee un the process trying to prevent a head injury.
I called the company and reported this. They promised to follow up and it's been 3 days now without any one calling me back.

The technician was very professional. We started with three bedrooms, and the kitchen tile cleaned , once it was all done we had Master bath , guest bath, and entry way done as well . The process dose not take a lot of time. the price was reasonable .
We will defiantly be using them again.
I had a second carpet cleaning expert come in after your associate came in and he told me that there was still quite a bit of dirt left in the carpet that could have been removed better
