Your professional tech's and how they really clean the carpet its a good technique

Good cleaning; great service; technician outstanding - Ricardo was definitely interested in taking care to do a excellent job.
Both Duct Cleaning and Carpet cleaning were done very professionally. Both Joseph and Tyler were outstanding in explaining what they were going to do. Both gave me many choices and showed me carefully what they were talking about. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their ability to explain everything so that I could understand. Joseph also filmed and photographed what he was talking about in my old old air conditioner! I have already been signing their praises with my friends.
The techinicans at very polite, explain what they are doing and give you extra help and information about the services.

The technician that came out gave the wrong information. Cleaned the carpets even though spot treatment would have been warranted. The trying to get manager to come out and understand the smell in the house is an issue was difficult. The manager comes out and says because of what went down a full refund will take place, and yet I am still waiting for the refund to happen.
I was told that yall move furniture under 50pds, and that we would receive an emailed receipt...neither happened.
I felt like the estimates we’re off by quite a bit. I would have preferred for the sales representatives to over estimate verses under estimate so that we could have budgeted better. I will be sharing this feedback with people to make sure they know.
It left my carpet clean and looking like new.
I liked the special that. Helped me have tile looking new as well .

Put me off to do extra jobs at prior customer that went into my scheduled time. Had to wait until the next morning. Had moved furniture and prepend house. Putting me off made it very inconvenient for my husband and myself since we had company coming the next day. I had told costumer service this when I scheduled time. You don't put people off so you can do extra work at previous customer so your company can make more money. Very bad way to do business. Name removed

The customer service was great but 3 rooms had stains in the carpets 2 rooms I was told couldn’t be removed and the one room that the stain was removed came back as soon as the carpet dried I got charged for a failed attempt. I could have done the job myself and got the same results. A little disappointed.

We have been VERY happy with our carpet cleaning since we began using Zerorez in December 2017. Dave Thomas does a SUPERIOR job cleaning and is very customer friendly, thorough and punctual. I always tell him that I wish he also did residential because I would request him every time for my house. I highly recommend Dave Thomas and Zerorez for commercial carpet cleaning!
My baseboard in kitchen was damaged when he cleaned the tile. I had to have it repainted
Cleans carpet well and dries quickly. Even got out black grease in a very light carpet.
Carpets get clean and they are not left too wet.

I was under a warranty program thru Fortegra. I ended up paying 117.99 and should have only paid the $17.99. Technician was very nice but uninformed about the warranty. Fortegra sent ZeroRez to me. It was a very frustrating experience. I was very concerned that the work was done correctly under warranty program.
You came out the first time and the smell was back in three days.... you came out for a redo and all the carpet smelled.... said you were sending out a manager and Chris the trainee showed up..... told him we wanted a refund.... Chris said that someone would call us in an hour.... still waiting for our refund!!!

Carpet not as wet, as with other services, when finished but just as clean. I use them 1 time a year to keep my carpet clean and it still looks new.
