The technician was very nice and did an excellent job. However, we were scheduled for service between 1-3pm and the technician did not arrive until 5pm.

Zerorez was recommended to us. They were late getting here by almost 2 hours (they did take off $50 for being late). They had to come back out again and redo some of the places. They did not charge us for that too.

Your guy at Zerorez made three rooms of trashed carpet look new - we were impressed enough to hire you on the spot to also clean the tile and grout in our kitchen. Same result - after about an hour our brown kitchen grout turned new. I would highly recommend you to our neighbors in Lakewood.

Very unhappy with the scheduling office who messed up on scheduling and did not apologize, was unyielding and unhelpful.
Fabien, the guy who cleaned our floors & gave a discount because of the scheduling mess, really saved the day and his work is the only reason I would call Zerorez back again. Your prices are very high.
Wow, Matt did a fantastic job with bringing our old dirty carpets back to life!!! We have been faithful customer for over 10 years and it is because of employees like Matt that keeps me coming back. He went up and beyond the call of duty with addressing my carpet concerns with old carpets. A Job well done!!!! One happy customer!!!!
Timely, friendly and great cleaning
The service guy was superb! He took the time to make sure our carpet was thoroughly cleaned. Our carpet looks like new carpet and fluffy. We will definitely use this service again and recommend others!

3trips and didn’t get it right!!
They didn’t count and dint do the kitchen tile. It was the worded time, I loved the first time but this time, they came out Friday your truck was not working, then reschedule for Sat he did the the carpet and didn’t do the free tile then I called they made dlmekne come back to do it, he only did a small tile and include the kitchen which would have been 10x10 100sqft just half as done
The carpets look great! The tile did not get as clean as I would have hoped but I guess some things can't get all the way cleaned. I booked my service with the Back to School special and I did not get hassled to buy any other products and there were no hidden fees. I did not receive the gift card that was advertised in the special and the tech told me to call the office about it.
I would use Zerorez again to clean the carpets but the tile cleaning was not worth it.
The guy that came out to clean did an awesome job and my stairs look brand new. Your call center people however could use some customer service training and my emails in response to your auto generated marketing (which do say I can respond by email) were never responded to. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment.
On time, minimal time to dry and carpet is very clean. Reasonable price. Serviceman was very nice.

We would like to have the same service agent we just had on Friday. He has done the best job to date cleaning our carpets. Would like to be able to request the same service agent when we schedule cleaning.
The worker was pleasant and capable and the the rug cleaning was very good.
