It’s clean efficient and the service men are very friendly.

Was told I would receive a Brazilian steakhouse gift certificate. Have had carpets cleaned 2-3 times since, both times requested the gift certificate and was told it would be mailed out. Have yet to receive any gift certificate. Disappointed.i shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for what was offered.
Time before that I called because of email offer for baseball tickets and was told I didn't qualify because I am a commercial account. That’s dumb. Do you not want commercial accounts. Are residential accounts more profitable? I would think it's the other way around. Aren’t all customers important? I know they are in my business.
Carpet cleaning service is okay but poor customer service with regards to promotions and making appointments could be handled online.
Nothing was done for stains or high traffic. No elbow grease was used. The services were completely plain like a rinse.

We always have a great experience with Zerorez. We have had our carpets cleaned with them on several occasions and they are always professional, polite and on time. They never try to force unnecessary services when we don't need them. They are the first ones we call when we have nay issues with our floors.

The $99 advertised never stays $99 for 3 rooms...it's almost always three times that amount.... I like that you don't use chemicals, but the price makes me use your service less frequently. Also, when I made the appointment online, I specifically asked for a quote on our airducts in the comments field. But the technician who came only did carpet, couldn't quote anything for duct cleaning, and I NEVER had a call or follow up about my request.
We have used your company twice and both times have been very satisfied with results. Technicians are professional explained the process and billing. Will definitely use you again for future cleaning.
Had 3 rooms cleaned all three left with spots. Would have rated service lower but tech came out the next day and spots came right out.
