Zerorez came out and did our carpet..we was a little disappointed, they still looked a little dirty and it took 2 days to dry...I called spoke with Ron and explained the error to him...He came out the next day and did a redue. He did a very good job and was eager to fix the problem.

I was a little underwhelmed with the whole experience. The tech was super quiet. I pointed out some stains and he really didn't say much. He worked quickly but did not move one piece of furniture to clean under anything which i didn't realize until my husband pointed it out. In all my previous cleanings with other companies they move the couch, coffee table, chairs and clean under them - but he didn't move a single thing. I'm concerned that a few of the spots I pointed out are still there after the carpets dried. Not sure I would use the service again...
I love the "no chemical" method of cleaning. Keeping additional chemicals out of my carpet is a huge plus, and the process didn't tear up the fibers of my carpet.
Our technician did a wonderful job. He was prompt, extremely courteous and removed all of the stains on our carpet.

The technician, Edward, called me to let me know when he would arrive and he did arrive exactly when he said he would. Edward was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and professional! He did a fantastic job on our floors. They look better than they have in years! Will definitely be calling again and of course, requesting Edward!

The technician that came to our home (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very professional and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and even educated me about cleaning my wool rugs. The fact that you don't use chemicals
Special offers, two hour service window and service technicians work with you on the work that is needed.
The technician arrived only to leave and come back 30 minutes later. It took 8 hours for everything to dry. This was not the same experience that we had previously with zerorez.
The invoice we received stated that I refused treatment for pet stains, however, this was never even discussed. The signature on the invoice was not even mine. Very disappointed in the service.
Zerorez is the best! Your carpet will look like new again and stay that way because their is no soap to leave those ugly dark spots a week later. Clean carpet, no spots.
