Darwin did a wonderful job, The day he came to give us an estimate, he cleaned and finished a test area of out hardwood floor. When he came to perform the cleaning and sealing he was very quick and thorough.

I was quite pleased. I just don't have many opportunities to recommend carpet companies.

The carpets get clean and stay clean since no soap is left behind.

This year we are very pleased with the service we received. I had to be specific about the workers moving student desks in order to have this done. I appreciate their willingness.

Time of arrival was 5-7pm. Tech showed after 8pm. He did not get assignment until 6. Neighbors complained about noise going until 10pm.

It does the best job

The last tech you sent out on Tuesday did a great job. He was competent about the process and cared about doing a good job. I would only recommend your service based on the tech you send out. My previous experiences were nothing to brag about. The techs did as little as possible as quickly as possible. Instead of moving small items, they went around them unless I followed them from room to room pointing out the obvious.

The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They can tell me the best methods needed after move-outs with the rental properties I manage.

The technician was great he did an outstanding job he was nice polite very friendly the problem I have is with the office I booked the appointment and I put it on my calendar the appointment was from 3-5 I called to find out what time he would be here and I was told my appointment was from 5-7 the tech showed up at 5:35 the email I received said someone would call me 24-48 hours before the appointment no one called when I first booked the appointment they tried to schedule my appointment for that week but I was in no rush so I set it up for the following week they said the schedule was wide open so I picked my day and time and now you know the rest of the story I love the job your company does and I will continue to use them like I said the tech did an amazing job

We liked the carpet cleaning and the tile/grout cleaning services. They were both excellent. Carpet was refreshed and clean and our tile floor and grout looked great.

I heard your ad on KLUV all the time and decided to call them. I spoke to Jody Dean and asked him a few questions. He was very helpful and suggested I give you guys a try.
I am beyond impressed ! I thought there was no way to get all the stains and smell out of the carpet on one of my rental houses. in fact I would have been happy to just have the carpet fairly clean. I can assure you that I do not have a single stain any longer. in fact if I did not know better I would think it was new carpet. the person you sent out Jonathan was very respectful and informative. he went out of his way to explain everything to me and did the job in a timely manner. Great service

Charging $120 for an 8 x 10 rug is ridiculous. DalWorth charges $40 for the same rug size.

You could have customer service people that are mot rude and do the things they say they did. The technician was great 10+ bit the girls you have trying to help your customers are far from that.

Fantastic job, carpets look great! Jeff was extremely professional and informative.
