Both men who came to work on the carpets were very curteous and very likeable. One was training the other. The guy who was doing the training (I think his name was Bo, was very knowledgeable and very thorough). They also made some good suggestions about some of my stain areas.

Anthony was very friendly, let me know what he was going to do, as well. He was able to remove a NAIL POLISH stain that had been in our carpet for a few years. I thought the carpet would be stained forever in that area, but was so surprised that he was able to remove it. Thanks so much. We will definitely be using your services in the future. The gentlemen who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. This was a rental property that we were trying to get turned around for our new tenants. The previous tenants got the carpets "professionally" cleaned by one of your competitors just 2 days prior and they did a terrible job. I will only use Zerorez moving forward. My carpet is 5 years old and had not been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids so it had really gotten to be a mess. I was embarrassed to even have anyone see it to clean it, but it was time! Patrick was very nonjudgmental, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me the best service and pricing for my request. I even added a chair and rug to the service and he was very accommodating. The product seems solid. It is still too early to see if any of the stains will lift, but I am very pleased at this point. It is 2 days later and the carpet still smells great and looks fantastic!

I was very impressed with the attention Kyle gave my disgusting carpet. With two dogs and the Georgia red clay, he had a challenge to make my carpet look new, but he did it! It really looks new despite it being over ten years old. It feels and smells clean, too. Kyle was polite,respectful, efficient and did what he said he was going to do. I will never use another carpet cleaner again. In addition, he cleaned my sofa and chairs and they look wonderful. Thank you for your wonderful attention to detail. I spoke to him over the phone and explained to him my concerns He called me back once he got to my house and answered all my questions. I will schedule to have the other rooms in my house cleaned and would definately have to request these two men again.
