It was all that was advertised and more. Quality people/ techs doing quality work.
The Technician was very good, I was running alittle late he was waiting for me.Very professional.
price is fair and we like the product
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We do have a couple high traffic areas that will require a 2nd visit though and the staff was more than helpful to schedule that and hear my concerns.
Technician was on time; very satisfied with the results. Please don't share my name for promotional purposes. Thanks
Customer service, timeliness and price
Tony was very profession, courteous and thorough. I have used Zerorez for both my personal residence and rental, but this was by far the best service. I was actually disappointed with the previous service that was done, and almost didn't call you back for this service.
everything the tecnition was the best, the materials the best.
I have several homes in the area and will use your services as long as you keep up the good standards that you showed to date, also I will share you with all my friends and buss, associates.

The green, no chemical aspect. and the results!
The technicians were extremely friendly. The products worked and made the house smell very nice
The carpet literally looks brand new.
Our carpets are sparkling clean, we were so happy, Phil and his partner did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning everything, even two chairs that were really dusty/dirty, they have the kind of fabric that everything just sticks to them, so they were a challenge to get clean .....we were SO HAPPY and I can't wait to have them back to do the stairs and a few more rooms - I will never stray again !!!!!! A JOB WELL DONE Paula Gooseff
