The products you use to clean seem to work very well
The only problem I have is you do not clean nrxt to baseboards and it looks really
dirty next to the clean carpet . Wish there was a way to do this as I had to get on
my hands and knees to try to clean it - sort of defeats the purpose doesnt it?
The tech was very prompt, explained the process thoroughly and ensured I had no questions. He also ensured all our animals were intact when opening the door! My favorite thing... my carpet looked brand new when he was finished! Two of my neighbors saw the Zerorez truck in my driveway and also wanted to know how you did!
Polite, knowledgable and professional
Patrick was our tech and he was one of the nicest service guys I have ever had at my house. From the second he introduced himself to the minute he left, he couldn't have been more gracious. He took his time, moved objects around so he could clean as much carpet as possible, and most importantly was detail oriented. He put extra product on traffic areas and got out EVERY spot for us. We couldn't believe it! Our carpet is twelve years old and honestly when he finished cleaning it, it looked brand new! A true "miracle worker!" Ya'll are VERY lucky to have Patrick aboard!!

The guys that came out to clean my air ducks where very professional and HONEST. My house is only a few years old and I just bought it. I thought it might be a good idea to get the air ducks clean. upon arriving they checked my vents and the AC unit and told me I did not need them cleaned. They could of easly cleaned them and charged me for it. In stead I had them clean my dryer vent out. They were very informative and helpful.
I Last name removed the fact that it's all natural! It's a green way to clean! The staff is very polite and generous!

The carpet came out great. More importantly than the products, the customer service was fantastic! I've used other high end carpet cleaners like Stanley Steemer, and hands down the customer service by the technician was the best ever. He was professional.
Excellent customer service, did great job on carpets
The initial service tech was just great - Very professional in every way - We did need to have 1 area re-serviced (re-cleaned) - I felt bad for asking them to re-do the area, but Matt, our tech, assured us that it wasn't a problem. He was able to get the area to look better the second time and even left us a bottle of the "B-Cleaner" for any future accidents. Really, you can't do better than this company for this service.
