I was very pleased with the overall process, from calling to book my appointment to the arrival of the technician. There was no awkward upsale pitch, and it did not take long for the job to be completed. I appreciate the company's approach to business, they do a great job. I was extremely pleased with how my carpets looked after Zerorez came to my home. I specifically waited a few days to write this review because I wanted to see if any stains returned to the surface, and they didn’t. Another specific difference I noticed about Zerorez was how my carpets felt under my feet, there was no residue feeling, my carpets not only looked clean, but they felt clean, also. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Zerorez, the Technician was on time (and I really appreciated the call from the operator letting me know he was in route), he assessed the situation, and set off to work. He was very professional and didn’t waste time, just got straight to work. Is Zerorez a little more expensive than their competitors? Yes, however with Zerorez I’m not disappointed a few days later, like I am with the others. Spend a few extra dollars now, and be happy for the next year.

No chemicals, quick appointments

I like the concept of chemical free cleaning and I like the fact that the carpets weren't steamed, as previous cleanings by another company have caused them to shrink and pull from under the thresholds in several rooms. The removal of the "dirty dog" smell was my main concern and the carpets smell much better. My technician, Lee, was very thorough and explained the 30 day guarantee should spots reappear and why certain spots could not be removed. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

The carpets always look a hundred percent better and I never worry about harmful chemicals. The price is always right and the carpet cleaning techs are always knowledgable, courteous and awesome the carpet cleaning techs are.
