On time. Great service.
No stinky perfumes or any smells at all! No crunchy carpets after they dry....great results!! I can't believe how clean my carpets are!
Your product made my carpets look almost like new, after 4 years and 2 and 4 year old boys.
Michael was a very friendly, helpful and competent technician. The carpet looks great, and I had been afraid I'd have to replace it or cover the traffic areas with a runner or throw rug.
I thought I was told I'd be given a spot remover kit, but maybe I mis-understood?
My carpets STAY clean

Great job on the carpet cleaning! My rep was very professional. I wanted some area rugs cleaned, but was told they had to take them to the shop. Other companies could do this at the same time .
