Matt, the technician was very friendly & helpful. He explained things before he did them & made recommendations where he saw a need. We were impressed that there were no chemical smells, our 2 cats & dog were able to stay in the house with us. And, when our grandson & a friend came in a 1/2 later, we didn't have to worrry about them inhaling toxic fumes. The carpeting that was cleaned is the orignal when the house was built in the 90's. We are the 2nd owners & I never thought we would see the original color (light beige) again. Also, some stains that we thought were set in forever, came out. Our sofa looked so good, we felt like we had gotten a new one.
The technician did a great job but I had a traffic area that did not come as clean as I hoped. I filled out a survey and within a few hours the manager called and said he would send the tech out again to clean the area. Great service and a company that stands behind their product.
