Cleaning solution leaves carpets clean, fresh and fluffy. The technician was prompt, friendly and explained what he was going to do before he began cleaning. He cleaned all carpets thoroughly and made sure all areas were taken care of. He seemed to enjoy doing his job. It was a good experience.
