I bought a home that had not been taken care of for many years. The seller fostered dogs and there were nasty stains all over the carpets. The floors smelled bad and looked deplorable. Jamal and Ali came and worked magic! Kidding, they worked HARD! Before buying this house, I had never used a carpet cleaning company and had very high expectations for ZeroRez. I am delighted to report that they went above and beyond with their friendliness, communication, work ethic, and attention to detail! The carpets went from looking full of disease to looking new! I usually clean the carpets by myself, but my dog got really upset that we went on vacation and left him with our college aged daughter! What took a little over an hour for our tech to do, would have taken me four days, and my carpets look amazing! I will be calling them again the next time they need to be done! Saves my back and time spent doing it myself!
