they explained what they were going to do well, showed up very timely, scheduled on a Saturday which was a huge help, clean, very professional, very polite, cleaned up after leaving.
I was not prepared for the slight film of dust on my floors but then it had been 25 years since I had had my ducts cleaned. So, will try to do it next year.

Clear pricing and friendly, professional technicians. I was so flustered when Cameron arrived because I had to get all my pets into a bathroom (indoor only cats), but he was calm and helped set me at ease. He explained everything that needed to be done clearly and calmly. I work from home, and I felt completely at ease while he was here. And he did an amazing job!
