We are a first time customer and contracted for duct cleaning services. The Zerorez team (Tim & David) were knowledgeable and efficient, and completed our 4 HVAC units + a dryer vent cleanout in under 4 hours. Further they cleaned up any debris, very little, caused in the cleaning process. Cost was reasonable and they did not try any hard-selling of services. We will most likely use them again.
