They came out and did 4 rooms in a unit for and it was easy from start to finish and they did a great job o the carpets
Chris Conner gave a level of service that we had never been provided before. He used a special black light that allowed him to see exactly where stains were located on our sofa that were not visible to the naked eye. In addition, he put protective bumpers at the corners of my walls! No one from any company for the services that we have had in our home, had ever shown such a high level of care! We didn't know that these were even a thing. We have damage to our walls as proof that these had not ever been previously used. We will be requesting Chris from now on any time we need our carpeting or sofas cleaned. We appreciate the work he did and the care he showed our home.
The service was great. The worker was very knowledgeable and polite.

I love ZeroRex. Very professional. Brandon is a consummate professional & very knowledgeable of his job. Thank you for sending him to my home. He did an excellent job, took his time & even removed some staining that had been there for a long time. When he left, my carpet looked beautiful & smelled amazing. Thank you so much for sending a caring young person with a great attitude into my personal space, my home.
Zerorez did a nice job installing the whole home air purifier and cleaning the carpets. The carpet cleaning and anti-stain coating already proved themselves after a pet accident, and the house smells better consistently. Thank you.
