Technician was on time & courteous. He did a great job cleaning my carpet and even removed some spots I didn't think he could remove.
We like the way they clean the carpet. And while doing that - ensuring all excess water is sucked out of the carpet. Our carpet was virtually dry after about 4-5 hours. And during that drying time, as we walked on the carpet, it didn’t squish under our feet. And a perfectly clean carpet at the end! Thank you very much.
