Professional friendly service. Very good workers
Excellent product and professional and knowledgeable technician.
I always get great results from Zerorez rug cleaning products. Also, their representative, Stefen Cheek, was very professional and provided great service.
We had a great experience with the technician who came to our house to clean our carpets and 2 sofas. He did a fabulous job and was meticulous in his care of our home and furniture.
Product used in the carpet cleaning process. My carpet looks cleaner..the only draw back is that there wasn't that fresh after smell and no blower to dry carpet. The previous carpet cleaner had a blower to dry carpet..
Noahs customer service skills was very professional, respectful and he was knowledgeable of the task performed. He answered my questions and gave me a realistic expectation based on the age of my carpet.
Every time I have used your company the techs did a very good job

Good service also the info from your tech before he cleaned our carpets after 12 months was very helpful

Great job! Good tech, efficient and effective!
Uniformed workers, friendly and on time
Received a fabulous thorough cleaning by a very professional individual, Cameron. Best carpet cleaning ever, even surpassed our last 2 cleanings by Zerorez. And for a reasonable price.
The simplicity of getting service when you want it. The quality of the work. I like that there really is no residue left behind to attract dirt or bring back spots.
On time, reasonable prices and excellent customer service
Easy schedule
I have used Zero Rez multi times. My last encounter with AJ, technician, was the best. He did what I asked, was very efficient, and made the experience very favoralbe. I had Noah, technician, last year and again extremely pleased.
The young man came and cleaned my carpet with respect to my home. He wore professional shoe covers to keep my floors clean. He was careful with that long hose as he maneuvered it on the stairs and protected my house plants.
They are always on time, professional, quick, reasonably priced and it always looks great.
The service man was excellent. Very thorough. Very kind. Very good all the way around
