The service person who cleaned my carpet explained everything he was going to do and explained the additional products that were available to help keep the carpet soil free. He was very thoughtful and careful with the furniture. I would recommend him again.

While we did not receive a call when they would arrive, we were in the process of vaccuming, the technician was very thorough for what we requested. Cleaned our couch first and then cleaned the three carpeted areas. Was very professional while attending to the job, make sure to keep hoses and items out of the way.
