The technician was extremely helpful when we dropped our rug off. We had had difficulty finding the warehouse so we ended up arriving a few minutes after close, but he opened back up to help us out. Great customer service, highly recommend!

Craig got my carpet so clean, it's beautiful! He called early to confirm what time he would arrive, arrived early and was extremely professional.
