I like the fact that as the company name indicates, there is no residue left and minimal moisture.
The young man, Jamal, who cleaned my furniture kept me in the loop as he completed each piece. He was very personable and polite. I was glad that he mentioned the Topical application, which I elected to have applied. Everything smells so fresh and clean. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future as the need arises.

The tech was professional . He did an excellent job. We have a rental property and the carpet was left in a bad state . The carpet look almost like new !!!

Our technician (I think Jacob) was so polite and professional. He worked diligently and didn't interrupt anything we were doing.
The clean carpet was damp of course, but it dried quickly. It had a scent which I'm not fond of, but it wasn't overbearing and disappeared within 48 hours.
The only thing I didn't like was the "sales pitch" for the added protection on the carpet while cleaning. It was pretty "phony" with the whole last year's price or whatever. I did it but only because I hope the technician got a little more bonus out of it! Overall, it was a great experience, and I will use ZeroRez again.
