IT WORKS! I am very happy with the service by Tony. It's really amazing that my carpet came so clean. However, I got the Scotch Guard treatment and Tony forgot to leave me a bottle of spot cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Also, when I called to inquire about Zeroez, I said that I had a large room and 2 regular rooms. I repeated myself another time. She told me both times that I qualified for the 3 rooms for $129. Great! Well, then there is an oversize room fee of $54. Not great! So, overall, I am very happy with Tony and the results. Kinda perturbed about the extra fee.

The technician (think his name was Ronny) was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about your service and what makes Zerorez unique in the carpet-cleaning industry.

No chemicals

My carpet looks a lot better than it did before Zerorez. I think if I were to let them clean it again, it would look like it did the day we purchased our house. The staff is professional, they don't try to overcharge and the results don't disappoint! Thanks again Gabriel and Zerorez!

My carpets look great. I like the fact that you give a window time frame and that you stick to it. Austin was very friendly and made sure that I didn't have any problems or concerns before he left.

Both men that came to clean the carpets were extremely knowledgeable about the product and service offered. I would recommend Zerorez and will use them again when I get my carpets cleaned in the future.

I had my air ducts cleaned. Your technicians were prompt, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They covered their feetso I didn't have scuff marks on my floor (another technician from another company did not do this and had to have my floors re-washed) and they my home was left in the same condition that it was before they started.As a result, I have scheduled my carpets to be cleaned next month.

Also, I was given a bottle of the company's B Fluid empowered water to use on my counter tops sand I sprayed a section of my carpet that had tea/juice stains and the stains came out after light rubbing. Thank you Richard and Hoswe (Joswe)!

The service delivery was performed by Bill Ryan, a very knowledgable representative of the company that knew his product and took pride in representing Zerorez. The product appealed to us both because of the simplicity in technology and the safety of using just water to clean.
Our family looks forward to using Zerorez again.

Cleans good, fast service, polite technicians

Stanley Steamer has been cleaning my carpets for 7 years and in one cleaning my carpet feel cleaner and softer when I walk barefooted. Before the carpet always felt ruff.

In the future I will always use Aerorez.

Where do I start? Is it from the ability to schedule your service online, the massive amount of follow ups and confirmations I got or the ability to pay with Credit card on the spot.

These guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service. My techs were extremely courteous and prompt when they came. They did an outstanding job of explaining the extra costs that I knew about to me thoroughly as well as walking every room when they were done.

They got every stain out and then some for me.

Will definitely be using them again. And I will be requesting the same techs as well.
