the knowledge of the service man and his determination to satisfy me.i am more satisfied with this company more than any other.

Feels clean; no chemicals

Zerorez is one of its kind and truly best. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies.. they're not even close

Quick and Easy

The fact that there is no residue left on carpet to attract dirt. This has been a problem in the past with other carpet cleaners.
All business,on line, phone and with tech., was very professional, effecient and and courteous.

The technician was great. My rugs looked 100% better than they did when he came. He was very pleasant. Let me know how much things would cost before he did it. I will be calling you later. First name removed Anderson

Price, professionalism, ease of scheduling, technicians are well-prepared for estimating, pricing and cleaning.

On time and he did a great job. He also didn't try to "sell" us additional services, like spot cleaning that we didn't need. One thing, though...He left one of those yellow corner/furniture protectors. Do you want to come pick it up? Or, shall we throw it away?

Just did a remarkable job. Very pleased.

Friendly Service. They deliver what they promise and go above and beyond.

Mark, your service tech. was prompt, friendly, and answered all of my questions. My carpet looked great after he left. I have already told my friends about zerorez.

Very clean. No residue. The technicians were very thorough and explained every step of the process.
