The guys who came out both cleaned our carpets in our home and collected some carpets to be cleaned in your facilities. They couldn't have been more pleasant or competent, and they clearly cared that the job they did met with our satisfaction. We then had questions about the protectant that Zerorez suggested that they spray on the area rugs. The lady we spoke to at the facility worked hard to find the answer to our questions and made a point of calling us back in a timely fashion. Once again, she could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Finally, the two guys who delivered the rugs back again were great in every way, including making sure that we were happy with the placement of the rugs in relation to furniture, etc. On top of all that, the rugs look gorgeous and were beautifully clean, all at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

Lee and the young man with him were awesome. We had a mix-up in the schedule and Zerorez made it right and in a very prompt and professional manner. I was so pleased with the service and the wonderful professionalism of the two gentlemen. I am going to have my furniture done next month and hope to get the same crew.
