In preparing to move into a house, I had Zerorez come out to clean the carpets. They had been cleaned by another company maybe 3 weeks prior to my appointment but there was a dog smell in the house that didn't go away. Friends recommended your company. After cleaning the carpet, I got to see the dirty water leave the hose - I couldn't believe how dirty it was, especially since they had just been cleaned. The person who did the work also applied a product to hopefully eat away at the bacteria and odor causing problems in the carpet. He was a very good worker who did a great job. I would highly recommend your company.

I was very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning. I had just bought the house and the carpet had stains everywhere. I thought I would have to replace it but tried to clean it first. After Zerorez came out and cleaned it they got all the stains out. Was glad I did not have to replace it.
