My carpet was actually fluffy for the first time in so long! Zerorez removed spots that I thought would never come out because we had tried so many other options and our carpet was still dirty. We thought we would have to replace our carpet soon but after Zerorez, we could let this carpet live a little longer.

The technician was knowledgable and friendly. Not all of the urine stains came out, many did and those that remained were lightened. We both forgot about he bottle of cleaner that he was going to give to me.

My carpets are cleaner than they have been in years. I have used other carpet cleaning services, but my carpets have never been this clean before. Zerorez is a fantastic product.

However the real proof will be not seeing any old stains re appear in a few weeks. My carpets were just cleaned on 9/1/12. Check back with me in a few weeks. For now the floors are clean.
