This service was true to it's name. There was absolutely no residue left on my carpets, it dried very quickly, and still looks great one week and one child's birthday party later. The technician was incredibly nice and professional and I will request him again in the future. My house smells great..not a chemical smell, but a CLEAN smell. I really feel like I got more than my money's worth! Last, but not least, the customer service with Zerorez is phenomenal. The cleaning time is short. The carpets dry relatively quickly. The prices are reasonable. The carpets seem to get pretty clean, though the area by the back door didn't get a clean as should have. That's why I rated the service a 9 instead of a 10.

Professional, neat, clean, knowledgeable and friendly service tech did an outstanding job on our carpets. Zerorez lived up to its ads with no strong cleaning odors, dried quickly and the carpet looks great! We feel good about no soap residue in the carpet to attract more dirt and happy that our carpets are now sanitized too. Service tech went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work and I do not hesitate to recommend.
